Log Cabin Pillow

Hi there - this is Becket again. I promised a pic of the log cabin pillow, and here it is! The mushrooms in the center of the pillow were cut out of vintage fabric that I ebayed (I was so nervous when I cut them out because it's not a very large piece of fabric to begin with). I used the zigzag stitch to sew it on to the felt square. Maitreya and I then started to madly arrange various fabrics around the mushroom. I am so thankful that Maitreya has such an extensive fabric collection (and is so generous with it!) because we mined through her collection for orange, red and brown fabrics. Her fabrics in combination with my own made for a nice pillow. I hope you think so too! :)
