A-line skirt
Hi- Becket again. I know that I just posted a skirt - but I've been wanting to post another one that I finished. Like the other skirt, this one is made with vintage material. But, this time I found the fabric in an antique store (yes, among turn-of-the-century furniture and glassware). I followed a pattern for a simple A-line skirt (Butterick 3220) and once again with Amy's help on how to do facing, a lapped zipper and a lining, it all came together quite nicely. Maitreya also gave excellent advice on skirt length. Thank you both!!
By the way, this picture was taken pre-pregnancy! I guess I have to wait until next summer to wear this skirt...

This skirt is so adorable. I seriously need to figure out how to make clothes. I'm so scared, but needs to be done!
